Named patient supply
Sourcing, permits, cold chain and delivery for a single identified patient, through their physician.

One patient, one lawful route
A named patient programme allows one specific, identified patient to receive a medicine that is not registered or not marketed in their country, on the prescription of their treating physician. Most regulatory systems provide for this, because approval timelines do not move at the speed of an individual illness.
We manage the case end to end: identifying an approved source, confirming the route available in that country, assembling the file the importing authority requires, shipping under the right conditions, and setting up resupply before the next consignment becomes an emergency.
What is included
- Feasibility and honest timeline before you commit
- Sourcing from licensed suppliers at origin
- Import permit application and regulatory file
- Prescription, justification and physician declarations
- Cold-chain shipping and destination customs clearance
- Scheduled resupply for continuing treatment
Please read. Every named patient import begins with a valid prescription from the treating physician and follows the import law of the destination country. We cannot supply without one, and we cannot advise whether a treatment is appropriate for a particular patient — that judgement belongs to the prescribing doctor.

What buyers ask before they commit
What is a named patient programme?
A route that allows one specific, identified patient to receive a medicine that is not registered or not marketed in their country, on the prescription of their treating physician. Most regulatory systems provide for this, because approval timelines do not move at the speed of an individual illness.
What do you need to start a case?
A valid prescription from the treating physician, the patient’s country, and the product with strength and quantity. We confirm feasibility and give a timeline before anything is bought.
Can you supply without a prescription?
No. Every case begins with a valid prescription from the treating physician and follows the import law of the destination country. There is no version of this service that works around either.
Can you advise whether a treatment is right for a patient?
No. That judgement belongs to the prescribing doctor. We supply product and regulatory information, never clinical recommendations.
How long does a case usually take?
Typically one to four weeks, depending on the route available in the destination country, the permit required and the source. The estimate is given before you commit rather than revised afterwards.
What happens when the patient needs continuing supply?
Resupply is scheduled before the next consignment becomes urgent, so treatment is not interrupted while a permit is processed.
